Unable to connect to FTP - Connection timed out

Hello,

I have recently created a new hosting account and an FTP account for my domain eqd-saar-alfarid.x10.mx.

I am trying to connect to the server using FileZilla with the username mzfuqqqh, but I keep getting a "Connection timed out" error.

I have already verified the following:

1. The username and password are correct.
2. My local firewall and security software are not blocking the connection.

Could you please check my account's server status and help me resolve this issue?

Your IP was blocked. The reason was due to your attempting to connect to port 22. SSH including SFTP is not enabled on our free services.

Please make sure you ae using port 21 going forward.

I have unblocked the IP at this time.
