I get this message when trying to access my console:

This site can’t be reached

x12.x10hosting.com took too long to respond.
Try:
  • Checking the connection

Check your Internet connection
Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.

And this message when trying to access my web pages. Others are having the same issue when trying to access my web content:

This site can’t be reached

The connection was reset.
Try:
  • Checking the connection

Check your Internet connection
Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.

We do not see any issues or blocks on our end. Can you re-attempt this? Please makes sure you are not using any VPNs when attempting to access

Thanks for your reply. I do not have a VPN enabled. I get the same error when trying to access my control panel:

I do not find an SSLcertificate for either domain but don't get any errors that scream "SSL certificate" issue...

Thanks for sharing your problem with our community here! I was having a similar problem - started getting 404 page not found message.
So the short answer is simply use https:// so if your website link is http://yourname.x10.mx/index.htm then change it to https://yourname.x10.mx/index.htm
This worked for me.

The long answer: I normally use Firefox browser so when I tried using Microsoft Edge, which has less security restrictions, I still received the 404 page not found message. When I added the 's' (https://...) into the link it gave me the following warning message:
"This server could not prove that it is yourname.x10.mx; its security certificate expired 95 days ago. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection. Your computer's clock is currently set to Sunday, August 17, 2025. Does that look right? If not, you should correct your system's clock and then refresh this page."
On the next line of the message you receive you will need to click on the word 'continue' because you know that your website is safe and that your computer clock is fine:

Continue to yourname.x10.mx (unsafe)

As for security certificates on our sites here, I've never made one but maybe our friends here at x10hosting have done that for us and they have simply expired.
Hope this helps,
Mark

Thanks for your comments nolesfan47.

The first thing I tried was http/https as I have had that problem before. Since I cannot get to my console, inside x10's web pages, I do not think that is the problem.

I have asked friends to try accessing my pages. Not heard back from them, yet. All I have access to is the Silk browser as I am in a hospital and only have my fire tablet.

At this time, I can access your site without any issue. I think the block may be at the hospital's end.
