Request for FTP Access Restoration – Urgent

Dear Support Team,
I mistakenly misconfigured my FTP settings, and as a result, my IP appears to have been blocked. This issue occurred more than 48 hours ago and has not yet been resolved.
I use Starlink for my internet connection, and my IP address is static. Here are the relevant details:

• Host: customer.frtabra1.pop.starlinkisp.net
I kindly ask for your assistance in unblocking my IP, as I urgently need access to my site.

Your IP was indeed blocked based on you using SFTP ( port 22) instead of 21.

We have unblocked this and you should see service restored.
