Hello,

I am experiencing an issue after the recent database restoration. My WordPress database (puhddvfe_wp155) was restored, but it currently contains only 3 tables (wpdn_commentmeta, wpdn_comments, wpdn_links) and is only 13 KB in size.

Before the incident, this database was a complete WordPress installation with all normal tables (wpdn_options, wpdn_posts, wpdn_users, etc.). These tables are missing.

Would it be possible to verify if there is any older backup or snapshot available where the database still contains the full set of WordPress tables? A backup from around January 2025 would likely be sufficient.

If no such backup exists, please confirm that restoration of the previous content is not possible.

Thank you.

Thank you for the reply.

Just to clarify: I did not make any changes to this website or its WordPress installation for several months. The database was working normally the last time I accessed the site, and no files or tables were removed by me.

When I logged in recently, the database was already missing most of the standard WordPress tables. I only contacted support *after* noticing the issue, and the restore that was performed brought back only the same 3 tables.

Since this corruption did not occur due to any action on my part, I am simply asking whether there is an earlier system snapshot available (before the corruption happened) that still contains the full set of WordPress tables. If such a backup exists, I would appreciate a restore. If no snapshot exists, please confirm that recovery is not possible.

Thank you.
