Hi mrburnsx,
I appreciate the reminder. I’m certainly not debating the terms of service or the policy itself—that's on me for missing it.
My main goal now is simply to see if there is any way to retrieve a backup of my files so I don't lose my work. Is it possible to have the account temporarily reactivated for a backup, or could a backup archive be sent to me?
