SMTP Error (-1): Authentication failed

Hello support, my x13.x10hosting.com works fine before the server went down few hours ago, but as soon as it came back I successfully logged in and tried sending a message but it shows me this Error below SMTP Error (-1): Authentication failed

I am also having this issue on the same server when trying to send emails using Roundcube.

Now they blocked me, even removed me from discord because i complained about this problem. i dont know why
