The network cannot be accessed. Please check your internet connection in Panel Control

Hello everyone, I have a server at x14.x10hosting.com. Since yesterday, when I access the control panel to manage the assigned server, I get an error message at the bottom of the window (with a blurred background) that says, "The network cannot be accessed. Please check your internet connection." I can see that the file manager and the mini-website are working perfectly in another window; it's only the control panel that's having this problem. What can I do?

Have you tried refreshing the page when that error is shown. Can you attach a screenshot of the error message?

I haven't done anything to fix it... yesterday it started working on its own. ;-))
