Resolved x15 Email Issues

Hi, I all ready did that without luck. E-mail Tracking shows that all emails come and go but none is shown up anywhere, nor in my outside email or in my roundcube infobox. SMTP Log In Email accounts shows none, empty. DKIM is enabled.

Just to verify, you did click the save button after checking the box?

Can you try sending an email to your domain again into your inbox
Dear mrburnsx, thank you for helping others in the community. I am facing the exact same issue as the user above. My subdomain 'tusecreto.x10.mx' is stuck in the system (DNS record conflict) after I deleted my old account, and I cannot use it in my new account.
Could you please help me purge/reset this DNS record from your system? I would really appreciate your time and help
