IMAP over SSL/TLS email not working.. (Xo5)

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me, I am trying to set up my x10hosting email account with outlook 2013, I have followed the relevant manual settings for IMAP over SSL/TLS with correct ports and nothing seems to work, It either times out or fails to connect. I can however access email via non ssl but I would like it all to be secure

I am on server Xo5. Is this a server or outlook issue?? Many thanks.

What settings are you using?

I'm not sure how Outlook handles the SSL certificate, if you're using your domain for the connection details you may have to add an exception or use xo5.x10hosting.com as the mail server since that is what is going to match the certificate.
