How can I start cPanel?

I do not know what panels are available. Cpanel seems to be a popular one. can I have cPanel with my 10xhosting account? will some brother please help

Direct Admin is the only panel available.

Cpanel is only available with premium hosting services.
DirectAdmin is the only free hosting panel now.
