DB server name = localhost indicates the server that was on your local machine. You need to replace the DB server name of X10 or whichever is your hosting provider. The same needs to be done for the DB name (the name used by the DB for data), username (username allotted by your hosting service and the password (the password assigned by your service provider to connect to the DB server).
