This is because the free hosting support forums are closed intentionally while the server moves are going on.
Once everything is fixed up, the support forum will be open again. Any support threads posted will be deleted or closed because they will be in the wrong forum.

There is no support until the Free Hosting forum is back open. Support requests in places beside the Free Hosting forum will be deleted. Read the news for more info.
