X10 should really abandon the ticket system for the moment until they can manage it. Better off if full support was in the forums again. At least you can see the issues others are having in the forum. Have used the ticket system a couple of times before nearly 3 weeks waiting for an answer last...

I can access back end of my store also even subdomain full access front and back just main domain no site showing just 503 error

Regarding tickets probably a dead loss waiting for reply. I have same issue on www.anniedays.eu but subdomian www.anniedays.eu/waterfordplants works fine. Also have ticket open but no response. Could be a week before any reply maybe never.

It's a problem with x10 resource limit not resetting. Open support ticket but expect a long long wait for an answer or resolution.

Stoli seems to have issues since upgrade. I have open ticket for days now no answer. Ticket system is disaster.

unlimited means nothing if you are unable to use your website. Rather have smaller space and see my website rather than unlimited and no website

Seems like stoli is alost cause at the moment. Have same issue which is just ignored for weeks. Have moved some of my site to another host no issues so far same setup fast serving of pages. Can't understand how x10 cannot do the same.

Are support tickets being dealt with at all or will they just be deleted. Waiting since 18th April for resolution. 2 tickets escalated still no response the silence is deafening.

He's on Boru not that it makes much difference which server at the moment.
