Yeah, although I'm on free hosting, I expect to at least receive SOME support. I haven't had ANY reply to ANY ticket I have ever made. Even to the ones from about a year back. This is unacceptable. When I need help, I NEED help.

Well, if you would like to "assist" me, you could help by moving me to stoli or boru. Other than that, I don't see any other fix. Simply, my site will NOT load up, and I keep getting this: Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to mysite.x10.mx It is very annoying that every 5 minutes the site...

[competitor name removed] offers 10,000 MB of disk space and bandwidth. They are uptime 100% and was never down for me. I decided to switch to x10 because I used to host a site on here and it was never down. I was on stoli, which to me, is one of the better servers.

Is there a way to request a change of sever? This sucks that I got put on this server. X10 is too lazy and never reads their support tickets.

They're not errors. My site REFUSES TO LOAD at times, for periods of up to 6 hours at a time. I use Invision Power Board 3.3.4, and yes, I have a license key that I paid for. Are you x10 staff?

Hi. My domain is in this form: mysite.x10.bz, but I also have a parked domain, which I use mainly, I never use mysite.x10.bz, I use mysite.tk. I bought an IPB license yesterday, and when I go to set up IPB, should I register the license with my .tk domain, or with the x10.bz domain? Also...
