UPDATE: I managed to get past sign in, but clicking on the "unsuspend" button takes me right back to the same error. "An error was encountered on our end". I hope this can be sorted. I don't want to lose the account I've had for so many years.

I'm on (or was on) the lotus server. Not sure which xo# this is now (if ever it was changed). Also, this time I don't think I received suspension warnings prior to the notice.

I also noticed that the year indicated on any newly opened ticket is 2011. Maybe this is the reason? I also have not received replies to previous opened tickets.

I successfully set up an add-on domain and pointed my name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com / ns2.x10hosting.com. But on my account details, it says Addon Domains: None and I don't see this site when I type in the URL of the domain. Is there anything needed to activate this addon domain? Thanks.
