Hey, what's the settings I should use on my FTP manager/browser? I mean things like SSL, passive or active, things of that nature. IPv4 or 6? I wish I was smarter about this stuff.

With the upgrades you all are doing, did my password perhaps get reset? I couldn't logon to CPanel all last week, so I figured I'd just wait it out. Then my account gets suspended. I got it unsuspended, then I couldn't logon again. Strange ordeal. Any clues as to what I shold do?

Okay, this is weird. http://chadbmaynard.x10hosting.com is my domain. From my work, I can access this site just fine. From home, I cannot as of about a week and a half ago. I thought there was just some down time, but I can access it from work, and every day for a week and a half? .......I...

I've had some trouble getting to the control panel and the webmail sites. I just want to set my e-mail up, but I guess I can't do that without the control panel, to my understanding. I've tried this from a couple of different computers on different ISPs. No dice. Any clues or suggestions?
