my account is still showing suspended on the homepage clvfx.co.cc do I need to reupload anything???

I had forgotten about the login to forum every 31 days, I logged into my account but the forum account, I believe I have a unsuspend request pending, but how long do those take?

I'm not sure but, what causes drupal to cause high resource usage?? is it modules?? could really use help in this area.

Tried using drupal 7 for my site. www.concept-ion.co.cc was working fine, till I turned on a certain theme and then it just died on me, tried re-uploading, killed and redid the database, I still get issues. I'm not really sure. Now its up and gives me page not found, I can't log in because...
