I should clarify: I can access FTP and webmail fine with the default cPanel username account. I can't access FTP or webmail with any users I've created in cPanel.

I've made FTP and mail accounts. I can't log in to them. I've made new ones, and change passwords for the old ones, with no success.

I made an account, and set a password that was longer than the maximum for hosting accounts, and the account creation failed. I followed the instructions (try to make account again), and got a "hey, you are trying to make multiple accounts" error.
