I can't see anyplace to restore backup of my website in cpanel...how to do it?

Was not knowing that rapidleech is not allowed! Should have read FAQ and all. Can you remove the suspension? Also,this rapidleech was for personal use only and won\'t take up huge bandwidth, Can it be allowed?
