I have been unable to get into the control panel for some time; I was finally able to log in today, but, it has been completely redesigned. Is there a tutorial available on how to use this new control panel? The old one was so much more intuitive... I can't figure out how to do anything with...

I registered with X10hosting on January 14th. On February 15th, my account was suspended "due to inactivity" even though I have been reasonably active--I have been logging in at least once a week. On February 18th, my account was unsuspended. On February 20th, my account was suspended again...
