    FTP accounts

    Hey guys, I have a problem with my cpanel, everytime i add a FTP account, in the stats box, it still lists 0/1 of accounts used, which is quite a problem for me because i keep getting suspended for not using it, EVEN IF I GO ON THE SITE MYSELF EVERY TWO WEEKS!!! plz help, THANX!
