If going to x10premium and opting for migration, x10 will move everything for you to the premium server. The hosting address would change due to you being on a different server after migration.
This looks like a coding issue in your file, the line that makes that request, that needs to be changed to https, not sure why your script is trying to talk to the hosting control panel though.
