I can see that you have a currently active account associated with the forum account you are posting from and as per ToS you are only allowed to have one free hosting account. This means that any other accounts of yours can not be reinstated as that would be a breach of ToS.

That would not be a valid domain name. The error code says you were temp blocked for attempting a bad domain name. I can also see you have an active service setup by now, so that would mean the temp block has been lifted.
