Your output directory is incorrect. You want to use ./images. using /images refers to the root of the server, which you don't have access to read/write to. That should fix your issue. :)

Can you go to ifconfig.me and email/PM me your IP address? We really do need a traceroute from your computer, as that would show us any possible network issues between your side and our side. I do believe this still may be something inside your network.

PUT and DELETE are HTTP verbs that are understood by the webserver... what I would believe is happening is that your application doesn't understand the requests. What is an example URL that is causing this behavior?

@pietje63 Spoke with my in IRC -- we believe there is somethign in his local network that is blocking the connection, as a traceroute is timing out at internal IP addresses.

The server was not down--there was an issue with the webserver on the server itself that was preventing pages from being loaded.

This has been resolved.

Those logs are not available on free hosting, as they accumulate too much disk space. We have server logs, however they are not available to the end user. You'd want to use an analytics software like Google Analytics or Pikwik (I believe.. I've not used that for years).
