    Mod_Security Causing Permission Error

Hi Halcyon3, The errors I'm seeing are being triggered by a ModSecurity rule that is blocking submissions with more than four links in a single post--are you posting more than 4 links in a post? We can look into modifying this rule if it is being too vigorous. This is generally an anti-spam...

    Login Problems

I'm not able to find anything on my end that is showing a problem with your IP address being blocked by the server... Is the network you're on filtering access to port 2082/2083? These ports need to be opened to allow communication with cPanel.

    403 Forbidden

Hi Asasin, The changes we made become part of our global modsecurity rules, so they should be in effect on all servers.

    .10.bz domain expired

Hi @vojoshop Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We've corrected an issue that caused the x10.bz domain name to not be renewed. It may take a bit for the DNS records to re-sync down. To clarify, this was nothing on your end, it was an error on our end.

Hi, I'm looking into this. The 403 error is due to mod_security blocking iframe html tags.

    Uploading through Filezilla

I've just confirmed again on my end that the change I made resolved the problem that was causing this. I'm not seeing anything in the server logs that indicate the server is closing your connection. Can you please try again?

    Can't Validate Account

I see at this time that your account has been created. Is there anything else we can help you with? A list by IP address would not be helpful, unfortunately, since IP addresses change often for individual users. As long as you're using your account, I wouldn't worry about it.

    New forum theme

Thanks for the feedback. Changing themes takes a lot of work for us, so we don't do it too often (Plus, I personally like this theme) Which part of the main site are you speaking about making more mobile compatible? The Main x10hosting.com site is responsive from every device I've seen. If...

Hi Bob, When I get back to a location that doesn't have the spottiest wifi I've ever used (On a family trip right now) I'm going to look into this and see if I can isolate what is causing the issues here.

    403 (Forbidden) Error AJAX Request

Hi Staffing, I am looking into this over the weekend. Due to our custom implementation of how we handle mapping domain names to folders on the server, we cannot you any of the pre-built ModSecurity "management" tools, so I'm working on a custom solution that we'll hopefully be able to expose to...

    Speed issues

Good morning! Your website is loading reasonably fast for me, however I did notice that your homepage is taking a longer time to load due to a request to: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. It looks to be related to the "WordFence" plugin, so I'd try disabling that plugin and seeing if that helps speed...
