I'm not able to find anything on my end that is showing a problem with your IP address being blocked by the server... Is the network you're on filtering access to port 2082/2083? These ports need to be opened to allow communication with cPanel.

Hi @vojoshop Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We've corrected an issue that caused the x10.bz domain name to not be renewed. It may take a bit for the DNS records to re-sync down. To clarify, this was nothing on your end, it was an error on our end.

Hi, This issue should be resolved. It was related to the PassivePortRange on the server being reset.

I see at this time that your account has been created. Is there anything else we can help you with? A list by IP address would not be helpful, unfortunately, since IP addresses change often for individual users. As long as you're using your account, I wouldn't worry about it.

In the backend we have a tool that gives us the server and domain name, however we always encourage a detailed, thorough description of the issue at hand.
