I made a site way back when. I searched for free hosts. x10 gave a free domain as well. Never looked back.

I meant that it is helpful telling you HOW to include stuff on your site as well as HOW to use the Cpanel and WHERE to put it using FTP into the public_html.

Yes it is good for adding to the how and where to put stuff onto your website.

Don't forget to check in, which means actually sign in, once per month so that your new site stays online simplyp2.

You are probably directing your question to the tropicalfish guy fiendking04. My only "issues" have been of my making. As newbie back then I wasn't aware of the time lag before your site was up via FTP. I didn't realize that just turning up to read stuff on the Community Boards was not enough...

It can be frustrating waiting. That was my fault. I didn't realize in the first place that it takes time to get a site up and running. It isn't instant.

Welcome cichlid4, You will enjoy yourself. The guys who help you are very good at this. Remember to sign in once per month. That's what I get into trouble for. But mostly I remember 'cause there is usually something interesting going on in one of the Forums.

I just had to reset my password. The reset is of course a bunch of numbers and letters which have no meaning. I tried to put "change password" into the search but there was no result. How do I change my password to something that I can remember and x10 will accept?

OK I am back in OZ after having such a great time in Africa.....incommunicado to say the least. I was suspended for not being in contact for a month but looking back my last login/post was September 6th. Anyhow my "suspension" was lifted straight away so no hassles here. Thanks x10.

OK I am in Greece far from home but able to log in briefly before heading to Africa where internet access will not be available. Only communication will be via drums until near the end of September. Ha ha lots a FUN!
