I tried x11.x10hosting.com with my user id, (not the email address) to get to the control panel. I read another post that said that it does not count as a login to avoid susension and you must login to x10hosting.com/sso/login for it to count. So for now I am doing the two step
I had the same problem. I tried clearing cookies and cache and same error. I tried x10hosting.com/sso/main and same error. My site evyo.x10host.com works.
FYI as of April 27 the problem has cleared up for me.
