Also they have to learn the new panel I mean they know everything they needed to know with CPanel and Direct Admin is pretty different so even if they do get it setup they have to figure out how to add limits and disable certain functions they also may take the time to update php and more

I am pretty sure the Email services they provide thru CPanel are not functioning because of this CPanel to DirectAdmin migration. I would say we could look at their twitter page but they haven't been updated since 2016 as for their facebook page it says they updated their hrs on June 21 2019

@amplify3 if you want to install Flarum you can always install it locally they have a windows tutorial on their site after then upload everything and import your database remember to edit the config file with the new database info and your URL and it should work fine after that. I have done this...
