Ah yes, thank you. the issue is now resolved. To be more specific, I just got the email notification for this thread update and I no longer get an SMTP error when sending emails to my gmail (the mail I just sent has yet to arrive but I'll give it a few minutes as I just sent it off)

Well yes, I figured as much based on the current status, however they seem to be only halfway done. Further I get this: when I try to load the webmail and cpanel

My files seem intact but my databases are EMPTY, 0.00mb is not an appropriate database size. Not to mention that my email worked at the 27th but that's it, since then email tracing returns "No Such User Here" There are probably more issues than that but I haven't even been able to get into the...

That doesn't mean your website is down, that just means you can't access the cpanel. Either way no one can help you, we'll just have to wait for the administrators to free up some space ^^

I don't know, my website is up (although I can't really use it since most all features require connecting to the sql database which is rather impossible when the server is out of disk space), either way I don't know what your website is so I can't really check it. My second website does *not*...

The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition. Just thought it was a good idea to mention this.

Ah yes, I realized that but it isn't an issue as I didn't have any custom settings (let alone a DNS zone file in the first place, it was created when I "reset" the settings)

UPDATE2: Resetting the zone file worked since it created one, will this cause any issues?
