I my page was working hours ago now it's displaying "Apache is functioning normally" i was working on the website and am able to access DirectAdmin and use FTP, when I uploaded the new files and purged the DNS cache on Cloudflare thats when I began experiencing this

You sure SSL is enabled in x11. I was actually doing a bit of research on what's enabled and disabled in Direct Admin then I found your post.
