Request for increase disk space update thanks

One of the requirements for having the disk space upgraded is that a valid site needs to be present, and half of the available space used (said files must also be related to the site, and not just there to inflate the disk usage). Unfortunately the account has neither; we won't be able to...

Stuck on "We're removing the suspension now. Please standby and reload the page in 1 minute."

I've given the system a kick; the suspension should be popped shortly.

    Error

The account was confirmed to be providing directions/links to sites trafficking illegal copies of full-version movie downloads. Under current US Law, this would be considered contributory copyright infringement (knowingly and willingly aiding others in violating copyright), but would also...

    Error

Although I'm unable to resolve the error you're experiencing, I can confirm the account was issued a permanent suspension in accordance with our Terms of Service, and cannot be reinstated. Any appeal opened would be denied as a result of this.

    Hey, yo Folks

No site link was provided; closed as a result, since we can't review a non-existent site.

    Unable to change PHP version

Can you try now? XO7 appears to be missing the correct buttons but I tried a random chrome DevTools trick that seems to have gotten it to flip back into Basic correctly, and with luck that change will have saved to your cPanel account and put you back in x10Basic if you relog.

    Hosting account possibly deleted

Unfortunately we don't have a way to manually create accounts due to the number of inter-system links that need to be created with it; you would likely need to pick an alternate subdomain option since it does appear exofire.net isn't available for new signups at this time.

    Hosting account possibly deleted

Unfortunately that domain is indeed returning that it has been erased; the username had been markw, but was terminated after an inactivity suspension had gone unresolved. As part of this, we no longer have backups of the account; all files and/or databases contained on it would have been erased...

    Hosting account does not exist?

Our free hosting staff are primarily volunteers, and life does have a habit of getting in the way unfortunately. I did check into your account and can confirm the account was suspended for inactivity and later terminated after the suspension went unresolved. You can still create a new hosting...

    mod_security | Error 406 | Mybb

For some reason this didn't pop up in my alerts until now; apologies on the delays. @magiclov: Can you try it again and reply back as close to the same time as it throws that error? The logs unfortunately aren't going far enough back to see which mod_security log is responsible, but I did...

    Unable to change PHP version

Xo6 should now be fixed, and xo4 doesn't seem like it was broken. @accx10h3: I forced your control panel to switch to cPanel x3 as the option is missing on the x10Basic theme; I checked and confirmed the Change PHP option menu is there and functional.

    Unable to change PHP version

I've re-notified staff on this one; xo5 should be fixed but the last attempt at fixing it on xo6 doesn't appear to have taken, so we're going to keep working on it.

    Need my domain to work

Your .htaccess is forcing a bad redirect: RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^battlesquads\.tk$ [OR] RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www\.battlesquads\.tk$ RewriteRule ^/?$ "http\:\/\/battlesquads\.x10host\.com" [R=301,L] To fix this I renamed your .htaccess to .htaccess.bak, and that...

What is the MySQL ip for remote control?

Remote MySQL is not available on free hosting; you can manage your MySQL databases from PHPMyAdmin in cPanel.

Cannot update Front Page. Forbidden error. Suspect Mod_Security

I'm still only seeing the security-based denials in the logs; to test it I did disable one regarding XSS, but assuming that's fixed it you'll need to take extra care to ensure the account doesn't become compromised/used for malicious purposes. Can you test this again and confirm if that fixed it?

    Need my domain to work

At this time we aren't able to set your main domain to anything other than an x10hosting provided one; in the event you would ever lose your .tk domain, if your main domain was changed, your website would effectively become inaccessible, an issue we ran into a few years ago when a popular free...

Cannot update Front Page. Forbidden error. Suspect Mod_Security

I checked into the mod_security logs but wasn't able to confirm this as the cause; there's a large number of hits present for your site in those logs, but all of them I could find were known security exploit filters we use to help keep our WP users secure. Unfortunately for safety we cannot...

Your site has been limited within the past 24 hours

Short of rewriting Grav, your best bet is probably to move to a new CMS. Flat-file systems don't tend to do well on shared hosting.

    Malicious Script Inserted into Site

I'm not seeing anything in logs that would explain this, which likely means insecure software on the account was identified and exploited. Of the two, the former is the most likely source; FTP and Cpanel access would leave logs behind, but nothing is present. If a PHP file on the account...

It's not showing as suspended now; if there was a system glitch it appears to have sorted itself out, after a fashion.
