The two most recent networks I see connecting to the account are both cellular networks, which do often get detected as proxies/VPN's due to prior abuse and because of their "decentralized" nature. The signup network was different however, and we would recommend using the original signup...

@protek36 normally we'd recommend making a new thread, but yours I've lifted anyways. Yours may have potentially been caused by using a VPN or proxy however (not inactivity), so make sure any VPNs/proxies are disabled before attempting to connect again, if you had any turned on.

Unsure on the cause but I was able to unsuspend it from here. @ftusarx1: The account linked to your forum account isn't currently showing as suspended.

These should all be resolved; the backend system looks to be up again. We're digging into what caused it to die this round, but everything should be back on track :)

When we had some system problems a few days ago most of the stuck suspensions resolved after some time passed and the system caught up, but some like yours didn't. I've given it a kick and it should be unsuspended momentarily.

Sorry this got missed the first time; I've made a change to mod_security for your account. Can you try it again and confirm if the error still appears? If it does, try to reply as close to the same time as the error appears as possible, it'll help us narrow down the log files further.

Unfortunately when I tried to look into this, there was no hosting account linked to your current forum username. We also haven't had x10hosting.com subdomains for quite some time. Can you log in under the correct forum username and post the request from it, or confirm what the correct URL...

Wasn't the history/cache being an issue, the log file changed format (it used to be searchable by username, not anymore apparently) which was why I couldn't find it. Glad it's working now though; have a great rest of your holiday!

If the images are part of your site on x10, you're free to hyperlink them as you see fit since they're still part of your site, just being used elsewhere. You may need to edit your "hotlinking protection" settings in cPanel though, as if misconfigured the hotlinked images may fail to load...

Oddly it didn't, which has me frustrated to say the least - a mod_sec issue should be a relatively easy fix if the logs tell us which rule is being hit. I'm still digging into this behind the scenes, but I may have to ping a higher-level admin to check in on this tomorrow if I keep striking...

I tried digging into the logs to solve this but it looks like the logs picked the perfect time to "roll over" and the record of the exact mod_sec rule is missing. That said, can you try it again and reply back if it still doesn't work? There's a common one we see with editing templates...

Some of the admins/moderators (myself included) have access to force a command through, both to suspend accounts if necessary and, more often, to unsuspend them in the event of an error or a situation where the unsuspension process is failing. I've done this on yours as well, so the inactivity...

Anna already confirmed it pretty much but yeah, one of the admins got my IM and fixed it while I was away dealing with some family stuff. Looks like anything queued should process on its own, but if anyone else has a stuck one pop open a new thread and we'll do it the old fashioned way :)
