Sitebuilder Will Not Load - unable to connect to http://builder.infinitysrv.com/

The url works here today, but I had to except a wrong security certificate browser warning. Looks like the site is under maintenance. If you know how, it would probably be quicker to manually install WordPress etc.

Hi, I can see your site from Australia. This is the free member hosting section. As you are a prime account holder, I'd try https://x10premium.com/contact-us

    Deleted files

No worries. Softaculous is a free third party app, thus they would know for sure where things go when uninstalls happen. I'm just a free host forum member here as well...so don't take my info as gospel ;)

    Deleted files

Another idea, if your site has been online for a long time, it may have been partly or wholly saved by a google crawl. Google search the url your pics were on and look for the google cache option. Archive.org might have saved copies as well.

    Deleted files

Hi, sounds like a question for the people at Softaculous. Old installs either go to the (retrievable) trash can, or deleted permanently. Using Core-FTP on a XP-Window PC, I can see .trash folder in the root. The (notice the dot) .trash folder may hold the old wordpress. .trash won't show in...

There is a problem with your request

Yet you can login into the forum here and post OK. Hummm, thinking... I thought the forum uses the same user name and password as the hosting login (I never had to sign up for the forum as well) .. but I could be wrong after a few beers. :) If you have a static IP, I'd ask your ISP to change it.

    configurar php

What version of Muse are you using? In cPanel, try rolling back or forward your version of PHP Default on a new account is PHP 7 which might be causing issues like it did on my wordpress PHP 5.6 backup first time around.

    CMOD 755 775

Hi Lylex, Reason I'm looking at 775 is because myself and member's (small hand full of local mates I know personally...no strangers) on my SMF forum can not upload photo attachments. (which worked on my last host, Zuver) Using CoreFTP I originally did the same (755 to 775), and it looked like...

    CMOD 755 775

Hi, my SMF goldcoastcb.com/forum/attachment folder needs to be at least 775, but it keeps reverting back to 755 in the cPanel file manger. SMF's htaccess forbids scripts running from that folder. Is it possible to have it 775 please? Thank you, Rodney.

    Set Permissions Question (Free Account)

Hello, I have the same problem with SMF forum (v1.1.21) that needs at least 775 on the attachments folder. CPanel file manger keeps reverting 775 back to 755 Any ideas why? Security? The SMF .htaccess file in the goldcoastcb.com/forum/attachments folder is set to prevent malicious scripts...

    SMF attachmnets folder wont 775

Hi all, newbie here...sorry in advance if this has already been answered elsewhere. I'm trouble shooting why SMF forum (v1.1.21) can't upload to the attachments directory... /public_html/goldcoastcb.com/forum/attachments From the cPanel file manger, I've tried setting the attachments folder...

    Upgrade to unmeatered

Swearing..really? At your request on another thread, I seen your site. Looks like a 1 minute Wordpress install. Not sure why it needs more disc space.

I have a free account as well, but would have replied with a "thank you" for something given for free.
