Thanks, still getting the same error message as above. I can log in via a mobile device, so looks as though its the IP address issue.

Good Afternoon, I need to access my control panel but unfortunately I keep getting the following error. x12.x10hosting.com could not be reached. From other threads i have read it seems to be an IP issue. can someone please help. Thank you
