I looked up your user, I see 58 emails sent total, none of them were stopped by our systems.
The latest one sent yesterday to the email you gave shows Google accepted it from our mail server. Did you check your spam folder?
This should be fixed, it looks like an update we did the other day regenerated the cPanel key that is in use... this is going to cause a gap of a few days in backups that you have access to (any that were made with the different key set).
We normally decide this on a case by case basis... we generally frown on image and file hosting because there are sites dedicated to that (imgur, youtube, etc) whereas we gear our hosting environment toward being fast for serving webpages, not storing files which means we pay a lot more in...
That was it, we were able to reproduce it using the link you provided.
It is blocking one of the JS files we use for our fraud identification, we'll come up with a fix.
Can you send an email to corey@x10hosting.com?
I reviewed some of the emails and it looks like a domain that is included was coming back as listed at the spamhaus DBL... I think it was a .cu.cc domain you have but need another email or two to verify.
We're going to be rolling out vDNS in the coming weeks, I'm not sure if\how this will work when that happens. You should check back then, there will be an announcement once we're ready to put it live.
Thanks,
We're trying to figure out how to reproduce the issue and looking at logs. Can you try in privacy mode \ incognito to rule out plugins and caching being an issue?
It looks like a bunch of things are still using the subdomain to load files from... you should check for options in the wp-admin area and possibly the wp config file.
I removed and re-did the cPanel integration. I think this will restrict access to some of the newer backups that were made and it's doing a full block scan which will take almost a whole day. After this it should be good to go again on this server, I don't think this will fix the original...
