I looked at the logs, I can confirm your IP is indeed changing between two separate IP addresses, often times within the same minute. I'll PM you some of the log lines that contains the IP addresses in question.

Definitely annoying, I think we're going to change the timeout on the scrolling and only have it attempt to scroll once so if you move it back it won't do it again. Part of the problem it doesn't wait long enough for you to stop typing before it starts scrolling down thinking you finished.
