I've confirmed that this has been resolved, please log out and back in if you are not seeing the link. If you are not seeing it still, please let me know your cPanel username. Any accounts I've checked are properly showing the option.
Hello Jessica.C, I believe we resolved this issue on the 18th. Are you continuing the receive the errors? I am not seeing a message from you with further details yet so I'll stay on the lookout for that.
Hello, your account was upgraded to Illuminated. If you log into the account portal and follow the blue button to access the control panel it will take you to the illuminated server.
