I'm not sure that a 100mb video is the best thing to have as a website background for visitors... your best bet may be to upload it to youtube with a click-to-play set up.

Buy a domain name and you can register it directly setting the correct DNS records, they have comprehensive help guides/tutorials. I've been with them since 2010 (here since 2007...wow 10 years) and it's been flawless.
