Can't log into x10hosting (error), can't connect via FTP either... (Site Suspended!)

Can you try again? We've pushed an update that should fix this. As far as the active "daily-posting fancy accounts," the problem is the ones that you see weren't the ones who can actually fix the problem :) I've been nagging the ones who can, but this one wasn't the easiest fix we've done...

    Popup ads on my website?

I'm going to venture to bet you've got a rogue virus or something similar running either in your browser or on your home system; if it's new enough or unique enough it may not be getting caught by an antivirus/antimalware solution. The main reason I'm leaning toward this is that we don't insert...

how do I appeal for my suspended account to be reinstated

I already unsuspended your account yesterday at 5:44pm central time, and had replied indicating this was done. If they're still seeing the suspended page, they may need to clear their system cache, but the account linked to your forum account is not showing suspended and loads properly at this...

how do I appeal for my suspended account to be reinstated

Yup, that's the error I was seeing earlier. Knowing that we'll run the dispute here, it should be a fairly fast one. It looks like at some point you installed software that's meant to automate Facebook posts; under the current Terms of Service this counts as bots/game scripts due to its only...

how do I appeal for my suspended account to be reinstated

Actually there should be a button for unsuspension; in this case it should say "You've been suspended blahblahblahblahblah," "You are able to unsuspend yourself now, click the button below." That said it looks like there may be a bug with that screen based on another post where someone was...

where is the "Scripts, 3rd Party Apps, and Programming" forum ?

I don't believe it's meant to be active anymore; during the last forum rearrangement/cleanup it looks like it got removed. Even if it's still usable, without a direct-link no one can view it anyways, so you might be best off just switching it to Off Topic (that'd be the next-closest match out...

Interesting way of hosting for FREE

No worries, only removed it for consistency purposes (I'd love to leave it just because it isn't a good host, but if we're not applying the rule consistently then there's no point :) ). Personally I think it's a great gimmick, until you realize that if you're buying a domain, say at $9.99...

    Suspended?

Your dispute has been answered; as it was denied, I am closing this topic. As an aside note: IPB currently doesn't have functionality for shared licenses that I'm aware of, as each license is valid for one install, and one install only. Yours also didn't need a license installed at all due to...

    Running .exe files

No worries, was just pointing out that for MC in particular there's a better alternative :) Minecraft's bad enough on CPU/RAM management as it is, dun need to WINE it to make it worse :D

    Running .exe files

I believe that sentence is meant to go with the line immediately following it (that you'd need a VPS). As a side note however, you do not need to WINE an EXE to run Minecraft on a VPS. Minecraft has a server jar that can run on linux; see http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Setting_up_a_server for...

Message "It works!" instead of the home page.

Fixed; the problem was you had an index.html present, which was the priority (the webserver is set up to serve html/htm pages first, then php). That file is still present but I renamed it to index.html.bak, which now means the webserver is displaying index.php by default, which is the Wordpress...

    Language support

A lot of people did I think, it was one of the more sizable changes we've made in a long time (the language restriction was there when i first joined in 2005 - 10 years ago) :)

Software/Script Installer on x10Hosting Basic contains OwnCloud

Color me surprised, I thought that list pulled from Softaculous which doesn't have it installed on xo1 (I checked when handling the dispute). I'm notifying our administrative team for this one, since now I've got narry a clue where it's pulling that list from, and assuming it actually lets you...

    Suspension due to Internet Abuse

I'm not seeing any active appeals under avatarcentral.x10host.com; the other problem however is the forum account you've posted from isn't linked to that user, which may potentially cause problems. You'll need to login under the correct one to file the dispute and check status on it.

    Account not unsuspending

Should also be fixed; you may get an email saying it was suspended then unsuspended, that's the fastest way I know of to fix a stuck suspension.

    unsuspend

You may get two emails shortly stating the account was suspended and then unsuspended; sometimes the system gets stuck and needs a swift kick in the backside. Resuspending/unsuspending does appear to have fixed it though; you may need to clear your browser cache but it looks to be back online...
