    Great...

I'm seeing a few tickets opened on Premium for 503 errors, but none that aren't showing as resolved (and none where we indicated it was the user's fault); what is your ticket number so I can try to dig in further? Edit: I found one where it was indicated it could be from the scripts in use...

    low speeds

The issues on xo2 -should- be resolved; admins were able to identify a cause of the high load and resolve it, and it hasn't come back that I've seen (it was actually reported as fixed about 2 hours ago, I was hesitant to say so until it stayed stable for a while). It's still under some load...

503 Backend Fetch Failed + Unable to access cPanel via web or through Filezilla

Whatever had it upset before came back; I've notified senior staff but my limited experience here is exhausted (I'm trained for the abuse stuff, not necessarily server management). As soon as they get the messages they'll dig in and try to get it stable and identify what exactly is going awry...

503 Backend Fetch Failed + Unable to access cPanel via web or through Filezilla

I'm not sure if this is fully resolved but the server seems to be stabilizing somewhat on our end; if you're trying to snag a database or any files now's probably a good time. I'm still trying to dig in further to identify exactly what had the server so ornery, something certainly did though...

    Please im begging you

While we do update the country restrictions every once in a while, we don't know if or when Barbados would be added to the list. The best we can advise is to continue checking back.

    Internal Server Error

The issue is something in your .htaccess file; for testing I renamed it to .htaccess.test, and the site began loading instantly, but when named back to .htaccess it failed. I would recommend commenting out each line one by one until the error disappears; the last line commented would be the bad...

    Account Suspended

The other account is under a different email address; you should be able to login to it and unsuspend it by utilizing the correct email, which is similar but not the same as the one attached to this forum account.

My website is gone, dead, no more, zero f*cks....

If the FTP login had your cPanel username as part of it that will work; unfortunately without the cPanel username there isn't much we will be able to identify, especially since it let you reuse the same domain - that shouldn't be possible unless the old domain no longer existed.

My website is gone, dead, no more, zero f*cks....

Except that if he's been working on the site for two weeks as he's indicated, then there is a problem, because the current account hosting neslimpa.x10.mx was created on 10-21-15, which leads us back to point 1 - where is the site/data that he was apparently working on for two weeks. Edit: I...

My website is gone, dead, no more, zero f*cks....

I'm not seeing any active hosting or terminated hosting with quimx10 as the username; the only possibilities I normally would have thought were an inactivity suspension, but given that there's no terminate record that doesn't appear to be the case. Do you still have the original email sent from...

Do you know what your old cPanel username was? QUIM1478963 is too long to have been it unfortunately.

Does this violate the terms of service

Cheating in a multiplayer game is commonly referred to as hacking however. No matter how we slice this, the site you are intending to run would not be in line with our Terms of Service; using an external service to host the file would also not work, as it would be considered Links-To or How-To...

Does this violate the terms of service

This would go against the Terms of Service; this would go under Warez for hacking given that the EULA's for the game would forbid the injection of code/modifying the game (it'd count as a how-to since you're distributing the software that actually does the injecting). Edit: Also removed the...

    Terms of Service

Far as I know a construction page should be fine; it's mostly in there because a lot of users will sign up then never do -anything- on the account at all. Youtube videos is a bit different, particularly Let's Plays - it is footage of copyrighted games, but barring embedding a Youtube video that...

Solved via dispute and unsuspended (long story short, domain confusion with two hosts led me to think something happened that actually didn't :) )

Problem with receive answers on appeal about unsuspend my account

With the copyright infringement report already here, removing it's the last option we have. I'll lift the suspension shortly; prior to doing so though I am moving the inforesist.cf folder one level higher - this will prevent the infringing content from loading, but the files will still be...

Problem with receive answers on appeal about unsuspend my account

I just re-checked the site; nowhere present is there any link to the original publication, nor is there when viewing an article. There is also no references to inforesist.org anywhere within the source code; everything displayed is indicated as being from inforesist.cf, which based on the...

Problem with receive answers on appeal about unsuspend my account

Your appeal was denied after further investigation; between the copyright/trademark infringement which caused the initial report, there's also a large number of files that are unrelated to any visible website on your service, which would be considered file hosting. Many of these also share the...
