thanks anna, yeah the stuff seems to be deleting now. Just to make it clear, If i want to start fresh, just delete every bar public_html folder itself? or are the any files/folders i need to keep? is webalizer and stuff like that part of joomla?

I wanted to uninstall joomla and thought it would just be best to delete everything in public_html.. and now it wont let me delete certain files and it wont let me reinstall joomla or install drupal until these files are deleted but they wont delete?
