Well if I am not mistaken he could just re-add the domain and set its directory to public_html and not add the extra subdomain folder for the domain.

X10hosting has its fair share of problems. I was using their service back when they were much smaller. I know now that they're obviously serving more users which of course comes with it own problems... People trying to execute php and other scripts when they have no knowledge and end up clogging...

The file NEEDS to be renamed to index.html to automatically direct users to that page and it needs to be in the public_html folder...

Umm no there is an issue. I cannot connect to my database nor can I access cpanel. I was getting a disk space is full message but this is the message I get trying to get in cpanel " Internal Server Error 500 Failed to create a session" This is on the level.x10hosting.com....
