When you type in yourname.tld:2083 or yourname.tld:2082 it will redirect you to https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login witch is the only way to login to cPanel, once you are logged in you should see a link for cPanel

Since Friday, January 17, 2014 at 23:32 I have not been receiving e-mails, after the server temporarily suspended all operations.

So what you're saying is that there is no way to see when it's about to renew, I would actually have to go and look almost a year ago for an e-mail to see when the subscription ends/starts again?

You should not have to do that after entering the login credentials correctly. They should have never changed the login page when nothing was wrong with it. Why try to fix something when it was not broken? If they have to change something, why not allow us to remove a post/thread if we want? All...

Don't mean to but in, but you could upload the file to a third party website like file locker and give them a link to download and once they download it, than remove the file from the file locker.
