Is there anything I can do to get the site back? I don't have any backups. Or is it gone for good? I'll upgrade to a premium account if I can somehow salvage my site and avoid having this problem in the future.

I found the forum account (logged into it right now). There definitely should be a hosting account with the same username (ncdux10m) ..it was recently made inactive due to me forgetting to log into it while I was out of the country. It was hosting a website with the url: www.uncdeltaupsilon.com...
