It depends if you have your own domain or if you are using a x10 one. With your own domain, you can use cloudflare as you don't have to change the DNS in X10, but with your registrar.

If you need https, for SEO for example, you can use CloudFlare.

You should be able to retrieve data from your website's via FTP, by connecting to the old server.

You should check if your DNS point the new server and not the old one, especially if you use Cloudflare.

If you have your own domain, why don't you create your fowarders and your email address with your registrar? This is what I did for mine. With the minimal option of simply paying for a domain, my registrar allows me only one email address with 2 GB of disk space, but an infinity of fowarders...

Instead of "mail.myname.co.uk" try to put server's adress, like x12.x10hosting.com, as Imap and SMTP. Do you know on wich server your website was migrated ?

In fact, X10's staff did'nt migrate our websites. They copied them from a server to another (that's what they call a backup). That's why you can log thru FTP to x03. FTP works for me on both. I am on the same servers as you. I though migration was over for xo3, but i'm not so sure, now.

Have you cheked MX DNS in DirectAdmin to ensure it was pointing proprerly your domain ?

You're welcome. The reason is that DirectAdmin seems to not manage subdomains as CPanel did.

I had issues like this with my subdomain. Try to rename your subdomain's folder. Then go to the Subdomains manager in DirectAdmin, delete and recreate your subdomain with the old name. Moove your file from the renamed folder to the new one. It may let you access your second website, at least...

My website was on x03 and migrated on x12. As everything works properly now, I think migration is over for this server.

No, you can not send mails by this way. It's just a method to read them when webmail, pop and imap are down. But, i think i remember smtp was still working during migration.

I've tried several times to delete-recreate my subdomain in DirectAdmin, delete the subdomain and create it as a domain, and then go back to the first step. I deleted and re-registered the DNS for the subdomain in Cloudflare. Finally it works. But don't ask me why. You can close the thread.

Hello, This is for migration reason. The server on wich your website is hosted has changed. So, you have to change the ftp adress in your ftp software if you use one and/or the DNS IP in Cloudflare if you are using it. Log in your X10 account et look at quick ftp mention to know on wich server...

Les DNS et Roundcube n'ont rien à voir. Roundcube se trouve sous l'onglet "extra features". Je vois qu'il y a aussi un lien "MX Records" sous l'onglet "e-mail manager".
