i think i just did it again. i applied the backup i had made and now it wont respond again. I think im a bit of an idiot

Last week, after majorly updating my site I found that it would not load so i logged back in to try and edit it and it would not load. the sitebuilder loads about 75% and then just stays there and does not continue. I have waited in case it was a server or something but it still hasnt stopped...
