Hi djdenny, Unfortunately we're not able to restore a cPanel package of an account to our servers from an external source. You will need to extract the archive on your local computer and re-upload any files and data that you need to your x10Hosting account.

The PDO issue was resolved with the single server that had it missing. The DEADBEEF error indicates a catastrophic failure on our backend systems. Unfortunately we had a RAID card/riser/cable go bad on a critical server Saturday afternoon and it took some time to get resolved. We've since...

Some (most) days we get tons of hosting registrations and they get queued. There are no pending registrations at this time. I just looked into your signup.. it is waiting for you to enter a domain name that you wish to use.
