There was a configuration problem, this should be working now. If not, can you PM me a test login so I can replicate the problem and we can get this solved. I can't replicate the problem without it. -Brandon

As Livewire said this is a Zero Tolerance suspension, your account will not be unsuspended and no backups will be given. Thanks for using x10Hosting!

It's still working now, there was a database conflict. I had to convert your SQL file to another format and import it to the server. It should be all set now, for good.
