My website has been hacked (konnecter.10.mx) and the email has been changed so I can't received a password reset.

Because I didnt get any help, I made a new account and changed the email to my jcpruett1298@yahoo.com email. It worked no problem but I would like the other account with the domain konnecter.x10.mx to be deleted or something so the other person doesnt have access.

Still no help or emails being sent to me

Im running on xo3 and my site has always made me refresh twice to see updated content. Like when someone sends a message and I'm on the index page, I need to reload the page twice to see the notification in the navbar. Anyway to fix this or make the site run faster?

UPDATE: I literally deleted every file from my file manager and created a new index. still nothing so I know it's not something to do with my code.

Thats the error im getting on my website currently. avatar-city.com Not sure if there is a server issue or not but it was working fine until about a half hour ago. UPDATE: Working now. Very odd. Just reuploaded the files and it started to work again
