Hi. I have use the domain pointer in direct admin to point to my domain name but it is still not connecting. The error is as shown below: Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site. We can’t connect to the server at www.tkmeridian.com. Any idea how to resolve?

My domain tkmeridian.com seems to have problems connecting to x10hosting server. Am I doing something wrong here?

Yes, I can log in with https://x10hosting.com/sso/main. But it will time out while connecting to direct admin and my x10hosting site

Thanks for your reply. I could log in on this server https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222/ a week ago. The problem has now change. Now the error is "Hmm, login details do not seem to be correct. Please try again." What should I do now? Thanks.

Hi, I have problem logging in to Direct Admin. What happens was the logged in page after accepting my login credentials, it will put me back to the logged in page which I have to log in again and it will loop me back to the log in page again and again.
